This book is a personal account of my journey through my mental health diagnosis, downward spiral, and triumphant conquering of the disorder. I meet the reader on a level that all can connect with and relate to. It is honest, forthright, engaging, intuitive, funny, and as real as it gets. The goal of this book is to enlighten, uplift and encourage anyone suffering to reach inward and Dare to HEAL.

Biographie:
First and foremost I am a mom, a sweetheart and a business owner. I am a woman of faith, love and compassion for all, especially the broken. I have lived with a devastating mental health diagnosis that left me emotionally paralyzed in a state of minimal survival. I have since learned to turn that diagnosis and emotional paralysis around. This turn around has given me a new lease on life. Instead of just surviving, living and thriving has taken it's place! I am a BPD survivor with a deep desire to help others who suffer to do the same. It is my passion. Walk with me through this journey and we will enjoy it's twists and turns to recovery, success and joy together!
