Jen Zahari has had a passion for people her entire life. She applied her passion over the last twenty years working with people and businesses in various leadership roles. Encouraging the possible in others while supporting them with the right tools and resources is at the heart of what she does. Jen is a dedicated mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, leader and coach. She enjoys listening, problem solving, and building plans for growth. In her spare time Jen loves creating, hiking, swimming, writing, weight training, photography and spending time with her son. From her own experiences of the impact of mental/emotional wellness, Jen has developed a keen understanding about the impact on people in all aspects of life. She is on a mission to help end loneliness in America, reduce anxiety and depression. Guiding people on the who/why and how to navigate their own feelings. Jen believes when kids have a strong understand about feelings and emotions and how to navigate them, they are better prepared as they get older. This is where the Fun with Feelings children's book series was born. People who have worked with or know Jen describe her as a person who listens and genuinely understands. She is inspiring, passionate, positive, caring and supportive of others.
