As Polka ascends the stairs to the abandoned hospital's rooftop, he hears voices crying out in pain. As members of each faction converge on the abandoned corpse hunting hospital in Shibuya, all hell breaks loose. Scrambling to escape Higuro's brainwashed Shibuya thugs, Polka heads to the roof to replenish his magic and makes an unexpected ally. Meanwhile, the other Agakuras battle more of the mysterious beasts on the lower levels, threatening to push Yumeji over the edge. All sorts of unsavory eyes are now on (and within) the hospital. Will Polka be able to save his comrades from the dangers to come...?...
