The Tale of Jasper Jay by Arthur Scott Bailey is a delightful narrative centered around the antics of Jasper Jay, a mischievous and noisy blue jay residing in Pleasant Valley. Known for his loud and raucous calls, Jasper often finds himself at odds with the other birds and creatures in the valley. The story unfolds with Jasper's various escapades, including his attempts to outdo a mysterious loud voice that turns out to be Farmer Green's new dinner horn.
