Sarah Spencer, CBE, is Deputy Director at the Centre on Migration, Policy and Society (COMPAS), University of Oxford, and a Visiting Professor at the Human Rights Centre, University of Essex.?She is Chair of the Equality and Diversity Forum, the network of equality and human rights organisations, and a former Deputy Chair of the Commission for Racial Equality.
