Résumé :
Imagine an intrepid team of astronauts setting themselves a target of finding the stupidest species in the known universe? Imagine that team giving itself a target of confirming the stupidity? Imagine no longer. The stout-hearted space travellers of Bellsurp find that planet Earth fits the bill and that it's inhabitants are so awash in consumerism that their search for stupidity could never be topped. Sadly for Bellsurpians, they see all of Earth's creatures as one but struggle to understand why dogs can't read Keep Off The Grass signs. So having found a species so pre-occupied by materialism and keeping up with the Jones', the powers- that-be on Bellsurp take it upon themselves to either control or destroy Earth. For Bellsurpians whose make-up is crossed between unintentional hilarity and uncontested cowardice, it all seems rather curious As the more intelligent Bellsurpians try and prevent the annihilation of a planet, the militia, led by the odious General Battleprop lead the charge to destroy an easy target. Classic schoolyard swots versus schoolyard bullies. There can only ever be one winner
