Well-known figures in the world of typography, such as Stanley Morison and Vincent Connare, are associated with the vibrant lines of this typeface. But the designer, Austrian graphic artist Karl Rei?berger, remained largely unknown. Until now.? This richly illustrated book uses Rei?berger's early posters, original designs, and advertising materials to tell the story of how the typeface came to be.
