Présentation Opia Format Broché
- Livre Poésie
Résumé :
Opia explores themes from love and lust to loss and closure, the freedom of letting go and the grief born from passionate ends. This collection is a window into the vulnerability and fervor of the human condition, and invites readers to reflect on whether they are living the experiences of another or whether they are gazing into a mirror, their own image peering back at them from each page.
Biographie:
Marjorie Sanders is a poet and educator from Mobile, Alabama. She earned her MA in higher education administration, and her BA in English with a concentration in creative writing. Her poetry has appeared in publications from Tempered Runes Press, The Bitchin' Kitsch, Assisi, and Product, among others, and can also be found in anthologies including Rebloom (2020), The B'K's Bitchin' Book (2015), and Tributaries (2012). She enjoys exploring the human condition through poetry, conveying natural experience through pastoral or organic descriptions and through social or manufactured imagery. In her free time, Marjorie enjoys traveling, reading about obscure historical events, and having coffee with Johnathan. That last one, especially.
