Résumé :
I am pleased to write a foreword for this book for many reasons. Dr. Shaker finished his book, as I asked him to do, before mine. We got a recent Arabic orthopedic author in the field of limb reconstructive surgery. He was acknowledged as teaching assistant (TA), trainer and instructor in Aden by Professional Diploma in Limb Reconstructive Surgery and Correction of Deformity (LRS). By me and in behalf of the scientific committee (LRS), it is a pleasure to congratulate him for this book. I consider this book a presentation of a long clinical practice of Ilizarov principles and Russian school in Aden mixture, though, hopefully it would be valuable for colleagues all over the world.
