The book highlights The Inner Journey Training(c) model that they used to help participants get back on track with their lives. In preparing participants for living wage jobs, the authors used a holistic approach to address both the lack of employable skills as well as the emotional, educational, behavioral, psychological, and other issues that contribute to their lack of success. This included problem solving at work and home, shifting cultural paradigms, and addressing the behavioral issues and belief systems that prevent participants from getting and keeping employment.
