Emily East is an author, embodiment coach, and somatic therapist trained in authentic relationships and positive psychology. She facilitates transformational experiences for heart-led women and mothers. She's spent the last ten years exploring her own personal and spiritual growth, which was propelled forward when she became a mother. It was a truly pivotal point in her life, shifting her centre of gravity and relinquishing her values. Emily now shares tools, practices, and techniques to help other women feel alive and deeply connected to their bodies, souls, and inherent feminine wisdom.
