Biographie:
Erwin Verweij works as a Certified Enterprise Coach. An interesting name for someone who just has a good vision on how you can work together optimally. And how you can collaborate to deliver meaningful products or services. Before he studied the various Agile frameworks and forms of collaboration, Erwin worked as a project manager in ICT. He soon realized that he was not at all interested in taking responsibility for what others did and telling his colleagues what to do and how to do it. Erwin believes in the self-management capabilities of people and that these capabilities can lead to beautiful things in a good environment. he always accepts opportunities to help people with that gladly. Furthermore, Erwin lives in Rotterdam. Besides coaching, he does model photography with which he hopes to make the world a little more beautiful. Before the book Viking law, Erwin Verweij wrote a the book Hoe een klein mannetje in mijn oor tetterde (how a small guy shouted in my ear), a dutch book about his experience and mindset as a agile coach.
