The poems of Jalaluddin Rumi, the world famous and most popular and read Parsi poet of the twenty-first century, emotionally outline and reveal three major situations of his life. The sequence includes Rumi's meeting with Shams-e-Tabrezi, separation and integration with God. In this book, poems related to the above three important situations of Rumi's life have been included. However, these poems are not arranged chronologically in the chronological order of Rumi's life. This is not done because the mental state from which a reader imbibes the poems is important. In this situation what matters is not the sequence of the poems, but what matters is how wide and influential the emotional and subjective impact of the poems is. Rumi's poems included in this book will take the reader to a light where a reader finds the courage, individuality, totality, oneness, vitality of life, the importance of sadness, the meaning of love, the originality of grace and compassion and One will come face to face with the oneness of God and self. This totality of Rumi is making him popular even in the present times. As Rumi himself says, You are not just a drop but the whole ocean in a drop. The significance of a person's personality is how he reflects the ocean in one of his drops.
