Many of these recipes are vegan, vegetarian, low-fat, or gluten-free and are also ideal for meal prep. Biographie:
Nassab Ahmadie lives in Evans, Georgia, with her husband, three kids, and two cats. When she isn't cooking and baking in her kitchen, she is teaching group fitness and working as a personal trainer. She also does freelance work as a graphic designer and photographer. Throughout the past fifteen years, she has been actively involved in a variety of charities. She also loves diamond art, travel, running, and hiking.
