He's a force to be reckoned with, even as he faces a serious illness; Lou Gehrig's disease. His book is a stark reminder to never let the world take your smile, and his inspiring story reminds us all to live every day to the fullest. At heart, he's a snowboarder and snowboarding coach, a professional smile keeper, and an individual who has also spent his life coaching up-and-coming athletes as well as mentoring friends to help them live full lives. He currently resides in Oregon, surrounded by loving friends.
