As a CPA with an estate/gift/trust background, Richard assists family offices (ultra-wealthy families) with estate and gift tax planning, family governance and succession planning, with the goal of helping wealthy families to thrive. His radio shows, It's Your Money, and It's Your Business, have won 33 San Diego Press Club awards for Excellence in Journalism. Richard is the co-author of The Rise with best-selling author Greg Reid. The Rise is about collaboration and never giving up on one's dreams. He is also co-founder of the Move Your Feet Before You Eat Foundation and the Oceanside Turkey Trot (www.osideturkeytrot.com). His Foundation works to improve student fitness in the Oceanside area, while encouraging family participation and community volunteerism.
