Résumé :
It Crescendos is my first self-published poetry collection spanning almost two decades of my years spent in Oklahoma. This collection of poetry dives deep into some of my lowest of lows and some of my highest moments in life. A crescendo starts off soft, and then it gradually increases with volume. Our lives are often like that. They may seem small and invisible at times, but I'm living, breathing, and rejoicing because my voice is ever-increasing! The weight of the world has not and WILL NOT crush me or pull me under; but rather, my voice has a new strength, a new hope, and my life will continue to crescendo in boldness and life. I'm here to encourage you to do the same. Your story isn't over, this is just the beginning.
Biographie:
Delon Nicole Starkey was born in Dallas, TX but considers herself an Oklahoma gal at heart. She was an Okie native from 2005-2022. She graduated from NWOSU with her master's degree in professional counseling. She currently lives in Ohio with her husband and two kids. She enjoys drinking coffee any time of the day and long summer days in the sunshine. She's a mom, writer, blogger, and lifelong Jesus follower.
