The developments in information collection, storage, processing and transmission technologies have influenced all aspects of the banking activity. Dr. Vijaya An en hoofd van de afdeling Biochemie van het M.I.E.T. Arts and Science College. Hij heeft zijn doctoraat in Biochemie behaald aan de Bharathidasan Universiteit. Hij heeft meerdere wetenschappelijke artikelen gepubliceerd in internationale tijdschriften. Momenteel houdt hij zich bezig met het onderzoek naar klinische biochemie.
