You can choose to learn to focus your mind; and as your mindset changes, your life will change. In the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic, during the global lockdowns in April of 2020, Titus Naso challenged himself to write a poem a day for a year. The poems selected for Affirmations and Awareness represent the forces of change, at work during that year as they have rarely been seen. Change was at the forefront of everyone's awareness during that year, both on a personal and a larger social level. These poems not only describe how one person turned his life around; they also show how you can turn your life around, too. These poems offer courage, hope, a path towards a brighter future. Biographie:
Titus Naso is the pen name of a modern American poet. In April of 2020, inspired by the ancient poet Ovid's poems about the calendar, Titus Naso undertook a challenge to write a poem a day for a year. The project captured the current events and public sentiments of a pivotal year in modern American social and political history.
