He's clinical director at iTech-Ed Hypnotherapy and Head of IT and Social Media on the AfSFH (Association for Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy) Executive. Trevor is a Hypnotherapy Master Practitioner, a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy Supervisor, and an NLP Master Practitioner. He is a qualified Life Coach, As well as diplomas in CBT, Mindfulness, and Paediatric Hypnotherapy, he has diplomas in Positive Psychology, Counselling, Nutrition, and Play Therapy. Solution-focused hypnotherapy, as its name suggests, focuses a client's attention on the solution to their problems rather than the causes. Evidence suggests that dwelling on what led to a problem can increase the client's issues, whereas focusing on solutions can dramatically reduce those issues.
