Biographie:
Plato Pathrose started his career as a software design and development engineer. Later, he changed to system engineering and led multiple systems engineering teams in requirement generation, integration, verification, and validation. He worked on multiple projects where Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Automated Driving systems were developed and deployed in different passenger and commercial vehicles. He is a process and methods specialist, a lean Six Sigma expert, and a TRIZ practitioner. He is a certified Automotive SPICE Assessor, Project Management Professional, and Agile Coach who helps organizations transform to an agile ecosystem with digitalization. He is also a technology speaker for different events and had a few technology papers published in his name.
