Biographie:
Cathleen Heffernan is a fitness and pro bikini model. She is a certified personal trainer/sports nutritionist through ISSA as well as a corporate commercial pilot. She has developed bodybuilding recipes to help her clients to get the benefits of bikini bodybuilding while having food that tastes great. She has been cooking as a passion for years and developed the original cookbook The Bikini Model Cookbook over 10 years ago. She continues to create recipes, train clients, and run fitness challenges. Her newest challenge is The Bikini Model Challenge. She has been both flying and involved in fitness for over 20 years.
