        Biographie:
        Alan Kelshaw holds a law degree (LLB) from Sydney University, Sydney, Australia and a Masters of Christian Studies degree (MCS) from Regent College, Vancouver, Canada. He has undertaken extensive training in church consultancy and is accredited by his denomination as a consultant. Alan has trained in conflict resolution through several organisations in Australia and the United States.Alan practised as a lawyer (solicitor) for nearly 30 years. He has acted as a Christian mediator, consultant and trainer in conflict resolution in churches, Christian schools, mission organisations and para-church ministries for the past 20 years.Throughout his life, Alan has held many leadership roles, including membership of the pastoral leadership team and an elder in his church; board and committee member in his church and denomination; managing partner role in his law practice; director for a number of Christian organisations, including national, state and local board roles in Habitat for Humanity Australia. For several years, Alan chaired a governance review committee for his denomination, which resulted in the organisation adopting a refreshed model of governance for which Alan drafted a new constitution. Alan lives in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, Australia, with his wife, Carolyn. They have three children and eight grandchildren. Alan loves to bike ride, bushwalk, swim, eat out, play the piano, read, and host events at home.
