Poor Zizzy has an asthma attack and needs to go to the Twisty Woo Hospital in Sprizzletania where she meets Moondrop, a sad little pixie with cancer who has lost all his hair due to chemotherapy. Zizzy and her magic kaleidoo work together to ensure he is included in the fun. This is a story of kindness and inclusion, a delightful full colour picture book to be enjoyed by all children and the young at heart.
Biographie:
Siobhan Wilson is a creative, talented 13 year old girl with a passion for using her writing to help others. At the age of 10, she founded Our Pixie Friends Pty Ltd, which is dedicated to helping children with medical needs not feel alone and isolated. Part of the proceeds of the sale of this book will be donated to medical research to benefit children all over the world. One day, she hopes to have her pixie characters in ambulances, so they can help children cope with life's challenges.
