Sarah Marshank is the creator of Selfistry, a system designed to facilitate self-exploration and personal spiritual development. Sarah holds a MA in History and Philosophy of Education and has taught for over thirty years. As a lifelong seeker of truth, she spent ten years in retreat exploring timeless spiritual practices such as meditation, prayer, contemplation, silence, and fasting. A dedicated student of history, philosophy, mysticism, and religion, Sarah is always searching for common ground and generating new ways to speak about timeless wisdom. Selfistry-Sarah's contribution to the field of human development-appeals to intelligent, disillusioned, secularized, and globalized individuals in these modern times. Sarah enjoys spending time creating art and wandering in nature. She loves traveling worldwide to continually learn and expand her views. She and her husband Steven live in Oakland, California, close to their three granddaughters who continually inspire Sarah's hope for humanity's future.
