Operation Who Am I is designed to help veterans and military members readjust to civilian life. This guided journal is aimed at helping readers find their own identity and renewed purpose. The journal is a 25-day process that will add further confidence and understanding of oneself each day. Questions are drawn from some therapies such as CBT, DBT and logotherapy. As a result, therapists and those in the transitioning side of the military will also find this guided journal a useful tool for their clients. Many members lose their confidence once they think of life after service because they do not think they have anything to offer or they do not know where their skills would fit within a civilian world. Let this guided journal help each client find their strengths, their values, their likes and dislikes and their philosophies. Just knowing more about themselves will help them become stronger and more confident....
