Ensuring its technosphere safety is an effective tool for managing the social security of labour resources.The continuing growth of waste production resources, environmental pollution with the reduction of non-renewable natural resources, the increase in the cost of the produced target product predetermine the target necessity to legislate the owner of waste production resources in the formation of a market economy and ensuring its technosphere safety with all the consequences that follow from this.The approach proposed in the work will provide the increase of social protection of technological society's labor resources and technosphere safety of the implemented productions, objectively corresponding to the basic principles of market economy building....
