Biographie:
Following completion of training from the University of Nebraska and Creighton University in adult psychiatry and the University of Washington in child and adolescent psychiatry, Dr. Charles Wang entered outpatient private practice and psychiatric hospital work in 1994. Dr. Wang is especially interested in the integration of relationship work into the psychotherapies of individuals suffering from mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. Subsequent to his first book in 2009, Profound States of Despair: A Developmental and Systems Approach to treating emptiness, he wanted to transform the insight gained through DSA into better understanding the world around us. In this book he showcases the sagacity and intuition of his patients striving towards recovery.
