La Hispaniola - Felix Dario Mendoza

In presenting the novel "La Hispaniola: El Reino del Zombí", I wanted to propose a theory based on common sense. We are in a new millennium. We need to find answers to many questions that have been postponed and hidden. We can no longer do as many historians have done who have kept the garbage under the carpets of museums and presidential palaces. Nor can we do like the ostrich. How is it possible that, being the island of Hispaniola so wealthy, it is home to the poorest nation in the world? What will happen when anti-immigration pressure increases from the United States of America and Canada, which affects Haitians? Will the Haitians be able to continue to live in a third of the island even if they are in reality more inhabitants than the Dominicans? These and other questions will be answered when you, dear reader, let yourself be carried away with me on this journey on the fictional ship of Caribbean history through "The Kingdom of the Zombie".
