Jean Saxby, Bachelor of Science, Diploma of Education, is an award-winning author and co-author of two Amazon #1 Best Sellers. She is a teacher and a wellness blogger. Her teaching career spans over 30 years and she taught a drug education program spanning nine years. Jean also has a creative side, as an illustrator of three internationally published cookbooks. She has been a reviewer of resources for the educational publication SCAN CLIC, Australia, and is a literary judge.Her passion is to help people who are struggling with anxiety, wellness and addictions. Her 'Live a Better Life' website towardsrecovery.com.au has free subscription and provides blog posts and resources, with a choice of secular or faith-based support. The content covers issues such as dietary problems, alcohol, sex and technology addiction, and emotional problems. She shows how neuroscience can improve mindsets and habits.
