Having lived and worked in isolated mountain regions and rural areas throughout California, she brings firsthand knowledge of small town people and history. Her life experiences and a background in trailwork, firefighting, genealogy, and shamanism, lend a unique sense of realism to her Pine Valley series.In addition to awards for poetry, in 2022, Corrine received a Literary Titan Silver Book Award for her novel, A Place Called The Way....
