Amanda lived with the physical and emotional pain of stress and emotional eating until she discovered the simple real daily practices that gave Amanda her life back.
YourMotion Coaching gives individuals the opportunity to work one on one with Amanda to meet their personal lifestyle and wellness goals. Amanda is certified as a Life Coach. To support others in making lifestyle changes she developed workshops and seminars that empower and give tools to combat stress, emotional eating and loss of priorities.
