Peter Aitken is a well-known author in the area of computer applications and development, with some 30 book titles to his credit. Recent books include Sams Teach Yourself Internet Programming With Visual Basic 6 in 21 Days (Sams), Developing Solutions With VBA and Office 2000 Components (Prentice Hall PTR), Sams Teach Yourself C in 21 Days (Sams), and Visual Basic 6 Programming Blue Book (Coriolis). Peter is also a regular contributor to Office Developer magazine and the PlanetIT Web site. Phil Syme has been programming with C++ and Visual Basic since the release of Windows 3.1. He has been the technical leader on several projects developed for Fortune 100 companies that used Microsoft technologies. Phil has co-authored two articles published in IEEE symposiums. Phil graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor's in Computer Science in 1995.
