Arthritis refers to the disorders which affect the joints. Some common symptoms include joint pain, redness, stiffness, swelling and reduced motion of affected joints. Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis are two of the most common types of arthritis. Usually arthritis is a common disorder in old age.
