Résumé :
Living with regrets? We all do at one time or another in our lifetime. It is a normal human behavior. The problem arises when regrets build up and overshadow our daily life. Unattended regrets can often lead to shame, depression, self-harm and suicide. They cause one to not be themselves or to live a fulfilling life. This workbook is the companion to No Regrets: A Ten-Step Program for Living in the Present and Leaving the Past Behind. Created to help you work through and understand regrets and how to truly put the past behind you and live a fulfilling, happy, stress-free life - like you truly deserve. This workbook and course can be used by individuals and also in a classroom setting. The No Regrets course includes:A structured ten-step program for letting go of burdensome regrets. Powerful spiritual and psychological tools for overcoming regret, including creative visualization, journaling, affirmations, thought analysis, meditation, and sharing with others. Insights into toxic thought patterns that create and support regrets. Persistent myths about forgiveness that keep us trapped in our regrets. Inspiring stories of people who have freed themselves from regret. This companion workbook helps you process the feelings of regret, learn how to move forward and release the past successfully. If you're feeling overwhelmed, there is always help available to you. One of several options at the time of this workbook's printing is Crisis Text line. A global not for profit. Simply Text GO to 741741 to reach a trained Crisis Counselor. It is totally free, confidential and available 24/7. I hope you take the time you need on this journey. You are worth it. Later, he assisted in developing and implementing Hope Academy - a unique long-term treatment facility to treat individuals with Substance Use Disorder. Currently, he serves as the full-time Coordinator at a SUD treatment facility in Suffolk County, NY, and CEO of CHI Professional Development, Inc.?His comprehensive understanding and practical knowledge in confronting and overcoming obstacles have earned him the prestigious Healthcare Hero Award and the IRCares Scholarship Award. He has been blessed beyond measure and believes in passing along his good fortune through education, professional training, and advocating for social justice. ?He developed two college courses as an Adjunct Professor at the School of Social Welfare at Stony Brook.
