Partial Contents: Historical development of jet propulsion; basic principles of jet propulsion; analyses of the various types of jet propulsion engines including the turbojet, the turboprop, the ramjet, and intermittent jets, as well as solid and liquid propellant rocket engines and the ramrocket.
