Poluprowodniki w nanostrukturah nahodqt shirokoe primenenie w kachestwe lazerow, detektorow, izluchatelej polq, wolnowodow, fotoprowodnikow, logicheskih zatworow, p'ezo?lektricheskih nanogeneratorow, sensibilizirowannyh krasitelem solnechnyh ?lementow i termo?lektroniki. V poslednee wremq bylo sintezirowano i izucheno neskol'ko odnomernyh nanostruktur CdS, takih kak nanoprowoda, nanoribony, nanosterzhni, nanotrubki. Odnako ochen' nemnogie sintezirowali nowye trehmernye slozhnye struktury, takie kak cwetopodobnye i drewowidnye struktury s pomosch'? sol'wotermicheskogo metoda. Biographie:
Dr. P. M. Razad received his PhD degree in Physics from Bharathiar University with the support of UGC-DAE CSR, Indore. He has published nine research papers in international journals of reputed. He has joined as assistant professor in Sriramakrishna College of Arts & Science in 2018. Dr. V. Poonguzhali & Prof. R. Dhivya has coauthored this book.
