The book contains activities to help young children recognize where emotions are manifested in their bodies, how thoughts can be at the origin of feelings, and how to change those thoughts to change feelings. Please note that the book is intended to be a tool for those looking for activities and exercises for children -- it does not go into detail about each emotion -- it just has activities to enhance what is being taught by a facilitator, so guidance is needed as the child works through the book. The author/illustrator has given permission to photocopy the worksheets in the book for educational/classroom use. Permission is stamped on each page individually....

Anjula Evans is a writer living in the Toronto area. She started writing and illustrating children's books in 2014, and started writing novels in 2019. She enjoys time with family, writing books, and composing music.
