Résumé :
Samantha Devereaux's world is turned upside down from one phone call from her past- inviting her and Dan to their 10-year college reunion in Costa Rica. She didn't want to reunite with her old college friends-afraid of what she is harboring deep within her- - a secret too terrifying to tell her husband. She reluctantly gives in and agrees to go on this trip. The body count rises, leaving one of the most beautiful places in the world into a burial ground. The killer is out there, watching her every move-a diabolical threat who knows way too much about everyone's past and killing them off one by one. Who is the killer? Does he know her secret? Is he connected to her past, or is this the work of a serial killer? To answer these questions and protect herself, Sam begins looking into possible suspects and sees a killer in everyone around her. Biographie:
Shelly M. Patel writes books about mysteries, suspense, thrillers, and children's books. Her first Children's book, Jake has Dyslexia, entered the reader's Choice award for 2021.She lives in Virginia Beach with her husband, three beautiful children, and their dog, Teddy.Before she started writing, Shelly got a master's degree in Clinical trials and Drug Development. After that, to shake things up, she received her Ph.D. in pharmacology-Clinical Research from Nova Southeastern University. She was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi-The nation's oldest and most selective multidisciplinary collegiate honor society. She writes part-time. When Secrets Kill is her debut novel.
