As director of her own human resources consultancy for 20 years, Jacqui delivered complex projects for global businesses across a range of industry sectors and in various countries. Whilst forging a career in male dominated industries, Jacqui had personal experience of the inner conflict women feel as they try to balance the expectations of their various roles in life and work. This led her to develop her own career philosophy - success is merely a concept and how you define it is up to you.Jacqui found this approach helped her to build a life and career path which felt both authentic and rewarding.
