Résumé :
The goal of the project is to improve the addressing and classification of products and thereby achieve agility, have well prepared employees and create an exclusive stock to serve e-commerce customers. With the training of employees, use of technology, temporarily EXCEL was used. Soon the WMS system was implanted, which is a specific resource to correctly control the stock, because it is necessary the addressing to facilitate the finding of the pieces, to have a frequent organization what is essential to meet the e-commerce customers who require more speed and have to meet delivery deadlines....
