Biographie:
Ruth Nielson grew up in Teton Valley, Idaho, and is now raising her three children in Idaho. After living in Australia and New Zealand, and traveling through India, she discovered the joy and unlimited benefits of yoga. Ruth has dedicated 20 years in the studies of yoga, health, fitness, nutrition, bodybuilding, swimming and working as a health/fitness coach. Ruth is a 200 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and a Continuing Education Provider through Yoga Alliance. She is an Ambassador for Roots Tribe Yoga, and former Hot Yoga Studio owner/instructor in Driggs, Idaho.
