And they do it in such a way that makes you second-guess yourself. They are master manipulators who make the blame game their favorite sport. But what if these same exact behaviors could be explained by the fact that your mother is a narcissistic personality? Living with these people can be soul-wrenching because they lack empathy and feed off of the energy of others around them. Their destructive habits can turn every relationship into a mine-field of emotional land mines waiting to go off at any moment. But it doesn't have to be this way. You can change it, and it is completely in your hands. In this book, we are going to deal with the various problems associated with being raised by a narcissistic mother, how it affects your personality, and how you can get out of this toxic environment. I agree that the process might not be easy, and it will take a lot of work. But the most important thing to remember is that healing is not impossible.
