Biographie: Sir Robin Jacob is Sir Hugh Laddie Professor of Intellectual Property Law and Matthew Fisher is Senior Lecturer in Intellectual Property Law, both at University College London, UK.
Lynne Chave is a researcher at the UCL Institute of Brand and Innovation Law, UK, having previously practiced as a patent and trade mark attorney.
