Derick Mack Virgil, Ph.D. is an American Author, Actor, University Administrator/professor, artist, motivational speaker, Christian philosopher, lay minister, and singer/musician. He believes that our words form the dimensional atmosphere for the realization of one's hopes and dreams, whatever it may be that one can believe and conceive. He says that The Creator gave us these brains for a reason. We must embrace the Truth that our potential lies in our own ability to believe that the impossible can be possible in the middle of impossibility and that we have the ability to apprehend that which is beyond what we now can see. Words are the bricks that build the path to the grand future you imagine. He also says his life's purpose involves this belief: Prosperous Success or success that is truly fulfilling is the attribute of an unselfish/altruistic, determined and hopeful outlook. My success is limited if you are not involved somehow in the joy of its fulfillment. His mission statement is Every person has purpose and potential. I believe my calling is to assist individuals with the discovery of that purpose, the development of that potential, and the delivery and actualization of both.
