This book was written to bless and encourage families of special needs children as well as those who want to know the power of God in today's world. For God is still in the miracle working business. Cheryl Smith Benefield is a gifted teacher and minister whose calling is to the brokenhearted and disenfranchised, and her life experiences and strong faith have prepared her for ministry. She is a retired educator and former youth ministry leader who has a passion for mentoring young adults. A native Atlantan, Cheryl resides and worships in southwest Atlanta, Georgia. She is the mother of two young adults Edwin and Stefani, and teenager Nathan. Cheryl holds a B.A. in journalism from Ohio Wesleyan University and a M.Ed. from Georgia State University.
