In the first half of his career, he was a senior executive with a general contracting and construction management firm, and, later, a senior executive with a project management and construction claims consulting firm. Mr. Boyle is an internationally published author and presents regularly to the construction industry and academia on best practices in Earned Value Management, Critical Path Method scheduling, Contract Delivery, Forensic Claims analysis, Dispute Resolution, Contractor Performance Evaluation, Monte Carlo Schedule risk analysis, and related topics.
