Biographie:
Heather E. Wilson is a successful business owner, certified coach, speaker, author, warrior, changemaker, risk-taker, and adventurer all rolled into one dynamic package. She has a passion for cooking and creating delectable new recipes. Whenever possible, she can be found travelling the globe and extolling the virtues of gin. On most days, her go-to cocktail is a citrus gin with a splash of Fever Tree Club Soda and twist of lime; however, she is always on the lookout for an adventure and will try just about anything once. Kate Dingwall is a seasoned spirits and wine writer by day, and working WSET-trained sommelier and bar professional by night. Her work regularly appears in Toronto Life, The Toronto Star, Forbes, Canada's 100 Best Restaurants, ELLE, Wine Enthusiast, MAXIM Magazine, Liquor.com, DuJour Magazine, Eater, and VinePair, and a number of other publications, both online and print. She finishes most days with a Gibson Martini on the rocks with a twist.
