Candlestickmaker is the third book in the Amicable Circle. In the continuation of the series, as seen through the lenses of the preceding books Butcher and Baker, the town of Amicable, Iowa, is confronted with the uncomfortable reality that two of its leading citizens, Linda Harmsen and Leo Jensen, have come face to face with life-threatening illnesses.
