Biographie:
Gary Ford and Stephen Koch are senior leaders of large teams in the Finance and IT sectors. They created and ran a Male Allies for Women in Technology programme involving thousands of men across six countries. Dr Jill Armstrong led the 'Collaborating with Men' research project on men and inclusion for Murray Edwards College, University of Cambridge where she was a Bye-Fellow.
